Maria Pamela Castellón has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Maria Pamela began their career as an Intern at SEGULA Technologies, where they conducted recruitment activities and provided administrative support. Maria Pamela later transitioned into a Junior HR Analyst role at the same company, handling personnel administration, salary calculations, and addressing inquiries and claims.

Maria then joined the Universidad de Buenos Aires as an Assistant Professor, where they assisted in administrative tasks and responded to student queries. Maria Pamela also worked at Fresenius Kabi as an HR Analyst, being responsible for payroll settlement and invoice management.

After that, Maria took on the role of HR Advisor Operations South LatAm at Thomson Reuters Argentina. In this role, they executed and managed processes related to HR operations, such as administering employee benefits and managing the Prepaid Benefit Program.

Maria then joined ExxonMobil as a Data Management Analyst, where they served as the main contact for chemical plants in the US and oversaw salary increases, wage curve updates, and project coordination. Maria Pamela later became a Scrum Master at ExxonMobil, where they worked closely with the team to develop project plans, manage the backlog, and proactively address obstacles.

Most recently, Maria joined Conexio as a Team Success Manager, a position they currently hold.

Maria Pamela Castellón obtained their Certification as an Ontological Coach from the Escuela Argentina de PNL y Coaching in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2015, earning a degree in Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. In September 2021, Maria Pamela Castellón also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
