Adrian Saenz

Adrian Saenz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and political engagement. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Conexión since July 2023, Adrian previously held various significant roles, including Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director for Public Engagement at The White House from January 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes founding Mosaic Campaigns and co-founding New Paradigm Strategy Group, a comprehensive public affairs agency, where innovative advocacy and campaign strategies were developed. Earlier roles include key positions at The White House from 2013 to 2017, Director of Constituency Engagement for the Presidential Inaugural Committee, and National Latino Vote Director for Obama for America. Adrian's career in government also spans positions as Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, with a foundational role as a congressional staffer dating back to 1999. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
