Cheryl Precious is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and development. As co-founder and managing partner at RevUp Growth Partners since June 2023, Cheryl drives strategic initiatives. Previously, an interim chief development officer at YMCA of Metro Denver, Cheryl contributed to organizational growth and fundraising strategies. During a notable tenure at Teach For America from June 2016 to May 2023, Cheryl held multiple senior leadership roles, focusing on strategy, external affairs, and donor engagement, successfully raising millions through strategic partnerships. Cheryl's earlier roles include consulting for nonprofit organizations, directing development at Food Finders Food Bank, and managing successful fundraising campaigns across various organizations. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Policy from Oregon State University, Cheryl combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in strategic planning and fundraising.
