Mitch Landess

Mitch Landess is a seasoned professional in the fields of innovation and technology, currently serving as a Founding Member of Hardtech Indiana since January 2023, a coalition aimed at advancing thought leadership in hardtech. Landess has been with Conexus Indiana since April 2019, holding roles as Vice President of Innovation and Digital Transformation and Senior Director of Industry 4.0, where efforts focus on facilitating the adoption of transformative technologies in advanced manufacturing and logistics. Previous experience includes significant positions at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Business Development and Operations to Manager of Client Programs and Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Landess worked at Wabash River Energy LLC as a Senior Control and Process Optimization Engineer from 1995 to 2002. Educational credentials consist of a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, both obtained from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
