Sarah Stilz

Sarah Stilz is the founder of Holos Integrative Healthcare, a virtual healthcare clinic established in June 2016 that provides comprehensive programs, including diabetes prevention and self-management education, nutritional counseling, and corporate wellness initiatives. Stilz holds an influential role in various organizations, serving as Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurial Outreach Committee for the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center, a member of the Executive Healthcare Council at Conexus Indiana, and as an AXIS Mentor for BioCrossroads. In addition, Stilz maintains active participation with the American Heart Association and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists as a Certified Diabetes Educator. With a Master's degree in Neuroscience and Exercise Physiology from Indiana University and extensive experience in nutrition and personal training, Stilz is dedicated to advancing health initiatives in Indiana and promoting holistic patient care.
