Wei Wei Siauw serves as the Head of Operations & Business Management at Conexxia, an IT consulting firm specializing in Test Automation, CI/CD, and DevOps, since February 2020. Previously, Siauw held the position of Account & Marketing Manager at the Netherlands Council for Trade Promotion from January 2015 to January 2016, where significant accomplishments included developing annual strategies for account management and achieving a 10% growth in new member acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director for the Netherlands Business Support Office in Qingdao and Jinan from June 2010 to June 2014, overseeing two offices and managing a team while coordinating with the Dutch Economic Governmental Network in China. Siauw earned a Master of Science in Business and Economy in Pacific Asia, along with proficiency in the Chinese language, from Erasmus University Rotterdam, after completing high school at St. Ignatiusgymnasium Amsterdam.
