Elizabeth Chen is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in education and leadership development. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dedimus Potestatem since June 2014, Elizabeth has provided tailored leadership courses and consulting for non-profits, NGOs, and educational organizations. Simultaneously, Elizabeth serves as the Director of Education for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, spearheading a national program aimed at combating radicalization among students.
