Jonathan Cintron

Jonathan Cintron serves as the Dean of Students and Grade Team Leader at Coney Island Prep since August 2019, promoting effective learning through diverse instructional strategies. In addition, Jonathan holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Excellence Education Group Puerto Rico, advocating for high-quality education and equity for teachers and children in Puerto Rico since February 2021. As a Board Member for enfleshed, Jonathan provides consulting for non-profit organizations on various topics including conflict transformation and community development. Jonathan is also an Associate Pastor focused on church development at First Spanish United Methodist Church in East Harlem. Prior experience includes teaching US History in a multi-cultural environment and managing human resources at Kmart Puerto Rico. Jonathan's academic background includes a Master of Divinity from Boston University and an MBA from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, complemented by a BA in Justice and Sociology from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
