Lily Desaussure

Lily deSaussure has held various positions throughout their career. Lily started as a Lead Instructor at Galileo Learning in 2005 and later became a Curriculum Writer. In 2013, they became a Senior Lead Instructor at Galileo Learning. At the same company, they also worked as an Interview Specialist, Program Director, and Project Manager. In 2011, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Fine Art at the College of Southern Maryland. Lily held similar positions at Montgomery College and Northern Virginia Community College in 2012. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at iD Tech Camps, starting as a Hiring Manager and later becoming a Regional Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Coney Island Prep since 2022.

Lily deSaussure holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Painting from American University. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Drawing and Painting from both California College of the Arts and University of San Francisco.
