Alberto Xavier Pavim

Alberto Xavier Pavim is a seasoned professional in industrial development with extensive experience in applied research and technological innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at SENAI since May 2012, Alberto leads the Program for Technological Competencies Development, aiming to enhance the service portfolio for the industry through a network of applied research institutes. Previous roles include coordinating the SENAI Innovation Institutes Network and teaching graduate courses at Instituto SENAI de Inovação in Brazil. Alberto's academic background features a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, complemented by managerial expertise from Fundação Dom Cabral.
