Sherif El-Khadem is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at the Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF) since January 2020, Sherif oversees the restructuring of the Finance Department, implements new financial controls, and manages complex financial operations, including a new Accounting ERP system and budget cycles for 54 African Federations. Prior to CAF, Sherif held the position of Group CFO at Beltone Financial Holding, where responsibilities included strategic planning and consolidated financial reporting. Additional roles included General Manager at MAWARID Securities, Managing Director/CFO at Naeem Shares & Bonds, Finance Director at Johnson & Johnson, and positions at Gillette and KPMG. Sherif’s educational background includes an MBA from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University.
