Riley Burton

Riley Burton is an experienced educational leader with a strong focus in engineering technology and program management, currently serving as Associate Dean of the School of Engineering Technology at Confederation College since September 2023. With a comprehensive background that includes prior roles as Associate Dean of the School of Business, Hospitality, and Media Arts, and Director of the Teaching and Learning Centre, Riley has demonstrated expertise in operational management, curriculum development, and support for learner outcomes. Additionally, Riley has experience as a Program Manager, instructor, and sole proprietor of Burton Consulting Services, alongside a foundational role as a Forester at Marcri Logging. Educational credentials include a Master's in Applied Communications from Royal Roads University, a CORe Credential from Harvard Business School Online, and an Honours Science in Forestry from Lakehead University.
