Arvind Goel is an accomplished leader in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as Chairman and CEO & Managing Director of TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd since February 2008, where significant achievements include establishing a global footprint and forming multiple joint ventures and technology partnerships. Additionally, Arvind holds leadership roles as President, COO & CTO at Persistent Systems and as a board member for both Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and the Confederation of Indian Industry. Previous experience includes key positions at MAN Force Trucks and Force Motors Ltd, where Arvind successfully managed greenfield projects and profit centers. Arvind's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, along with advanced leadership and manufacturing excellence training from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and MAN in Germany.
