Leila Green is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) since May 2019, Leila previously held the positions of Vice President, Business Operations, and Director of Business Operations at RTCA, Inc. from January 2016 to May 2019. Earlier career highlights include roles as Controller at the Institute for Industrial Productivity (2013-2015) and Accounting Manager at Aeronautical Systems Inc (2010-2013), as well as serving as Controller at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools (2008-2009) and Assistant Controller at BAE Systems - Regional Aircraft (2002-2008). The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) is the nationwide organization of banking regulators from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
