Associate Director For Sports Services at Conference USA

Emily Costello has had several roles in their work experience. Emily started their career as a Ticketing Intern at Stony Brook University from January 2017 to May 2017. Emily then continued their journey at Stony Brook University as a Marketing Intern from January 2018 to May 2018, followed by a role as a Digital Analyst Intern from June 2018 to August 2018. Emily also served as the President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) from August 2016 to May 2019, demonstrating their leadership skills. Emily pursued their MBA degree at Stony Brook University and worked as an MBA Student from August 2018 to May 2019, along with a role as a Facilities Student Worker from April 2018 to May 2019. Emily then joined Towson University as a Fan Development Assistant from January 2020 to August 2021. Following that, they worked at the Atlantic 10 Conference as a Don DiJulia Fellow, Assistant to Commissioner, from August 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they are working at Conference USA as the Associate Director for Sports Services starting from August 2022.

Emily Costello completed their education at three different institutions. Emily attended Our Lady of Mercy High School from 2008 to 2014. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Marketing from Stony Brook University, which they finished in 2018. Following this, Emily furthered their education at Stony Brook University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from 2018 to 2019.
