Dariusz Paczuski has a strong background in marketing and leadership roles. Dariusz is currently working as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Confiant Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Mentor at Innovation Norway and an Advisor and Moderator at CMOlist. In 2014, Paczuski founded Rocket Works, a company focused on providing innovative solutions. Dariusz has also held prominent positions at well-known companies such as Malwarebytes, Verizon Media, Yahoo, Telenav, and Microsoft. At these companies, they had responsibilities such as Global Chief Marketing Officer, VP Global Brand & Growth Marketing, Global Head of Marketing & Growth, and GM Consumer Services. Throughout their career, Paczuski has achieved significant results, including delivering revenue growth, improving brand reach and retention, and successfully repositioning products and brands. Dariusz has received recognition for their work, including winning a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for Rocket Vodka.

Dariusz Paczuski completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. Dariusz also holds a High School Diploma in Linguistics from Fauske High School, Norway, and attended Drammen High School in Norway to study Linguistics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dariusz Paczuski has obtained various certifications, including Open Water Diver from PADI in July 2019, Strategic Data-Driven Decision-Making from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in May 2016, and an International Business Certificate from California State University, Long Beach in May 1991.
