Erik Toivanen has extensive experience in real estate and business management, currently serving as Managing Director at Conficap Oy since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing development projects and participating in strategy and investment planning. Erik has held various roles within Conficap, including Interim Director of Real Estate and Development Manager, and previously worked as a Controller focusing on property administration and financial reporting. Additionally, Erik serves as a Board Member at Are Oy and has experience as a Service Manager in Foreman Training, alongside past positions as a Financial Management Intern and Service Man. Educational achievements include an Executive Program in General Management from IMD and a Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate Business from Kiinko, further complemented by vocational qualifications in business administration and carpentry. Erik is currently enrolled in a Negotiation Skills Program at Aalto University.
