Cassie Crail

Cassie Crail has a diverse background in business operations and customer success, currently serving as the Founding Business Operations at Confido since May 2025. Prior to this role, Cassie was the Head of Customer Success and Operations at Glean, where Cassie contributed significantly as an early employee in a pre-seed startup that was later acquired by Pipe. Previous positions include Customer Success Manager and Data Operations at GTN, along with experience as an Event and Travel Coordinator at Better.com and various roles at the National Student Leadership Conference and other organizations. Cassie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of South Carolina and continues professional development through Learning @ Morning Brew.
