Trudy Leidich

Trudy is a results-driven leader, patient safety expert, and quality champion with more than 20 years of healthcare and nursing experience. Most recently Trudy was the Vice President of Quality & Safety at Texas Children’s Hospital where she led organization-wide initiatives that helped position the institution at the forefront of quality and patient safety. Trudy is passionate about helping pediatric organizations increase operational efficiency and profitability through astute financial management, cost control directives, and process improvement initiatives.
