Jawad Ahmed

Jawad Ahmed began their career in 2001 as a Technical Support Engineer at IBM. In 2005, they moved to Orange as a Solutions Consultant. In 2006, they joined Accenture as a Senior Technical Consultant and worked there until 2008 when they joined Walgreens as a Cisco IP Telephony Architect. In 2012, they took on a role as a Senior IP Telephony Engineer (Contractor) at State Farm and then moved to Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Cisco IP Telephony Architect. In 2017, they were appointed as Director of Engineering Services at Configure, Inc. Throughout their career, Jawad Ahmed has managed Cisco IP Telephony systems, prepared blueprints, troubleshot voice, video, and data networks, and implemented and supported Cisco Unified Communication services.

Jawad Ahmed completed their B.Sc in Information Systems from DePaul University in 2002. Jawad also holds a CCIE - Collaboration certification from Cisco.
