Mudassir Mukhtar

Mudassir Mukhtar has a wealth of experience in network support and performance and quality assurance. In 2021, they began working as a Network Support Engineer for Configure, Inc., where their roles included proactive monitoring of 5000+ VMware Velo Edges, troubleshooting and providing Tier-1/2 support, overseeing network tasks to ensure reliability and availability, and participating in network technology upgrades. In 2020, they worked as a vEPC/VoLTE Performance and Quality Assurance for Huawei, where their roles included network design, planning and optimization for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks, and managing design issues raised by the Operation team. From 2013 to 2020, Mudassir worked for Ericsson as a Core Performance and Quality Assurance and a Services Engineer. Theirroles included performance management, quality assurance, defining KPIs and SLAs, providing 24/7 coordination and support, and generating periodic and on-demand reports.

Mudassir Mukhtar is currently pursuing a Micro-Master Online degree in Internet of Things IOT at Curtin University. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HITEC UNIVERSITY between 2009 and 2013. Mudassir also holds certifications from The Linux Foundation, Ericsson, Linux Academy, Robert H. Smith School of Business - Online MBA, Amazon, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
