From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Legal at Soundreef. In 2020, they became the Head of Legal & Compliance / Corporate Counsel at Sketch and the Head of Legal - Advisor at Confirmo. Additionally, they are the Founder of Start Legal.

Avv. Barbara Speranza Ph. D. - EMBA has a comprehensive education history. Avv. Barbara began their studies in 1991 at the Liceo Classico Minghetti Bologna, and in 1996 they earned their 110/110 degree in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. In 2000, they attended the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) for an International Law program, and the same year they attended the IFP - Institut français de presse. In 2001, they completed their Post Master's Degree at the Scuola di specializzazione per le professioni legali at the Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. From 2004 to 2008, they earned their Ph. D. in Law (Comparative and European Law), with a main field of Intellectual Property Criminal Law, from the Università di Trento. In 2015, they attended the Venice Arbitration Chamber - Camera Arbitrale di Venezia for Negotiation techniques/Tecniche di negoziazione. In 2019, they earned their Master Starting Neodirigenti CFMT from SDA Bocconi, and they are currently pursuing their Executive Master in Business Administration from SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino, as well as their Esperto Privacy / Privacy Expert from Scuola di Formazione Ipsoa.
