Rafi Ud din Khan has over 17 years of work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Rafi is currently the Director of Engineering at Confiz, where they lead a team of over 60 resources and oversees project deliveries for multiple clients. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager at Confiz, responsible for managing teams, project planning, resource optimization, and quality assurance.

Before joining Confiz, Rafi worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mantaq Systems, where they developed applications, provided online support and maintenance, and customized Dynamics AX using X++ programming language.

Rafi also worked as a Microsoft Dynamics GP - ERP Techno-Functional Consultant at Colony Mills Limited, where they consulted with clients, gathered requirements, installed and configured Dynamics GP, and designed integrations.

Earlier in their career, Rafi worked as a Freelancer and Software Engineer at various companies, including Hiittech Technologies, CMH Multan – Cantt, Devmet Technologies, Green Fin Technologies, and Edusoft System Solution. In these roles, they gained experience in desktop and web application development, database management, and system maintenance.

Rafi Ud din Khan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from the University of Lahore from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Programming from the same university, completing it from 2001 to 2004.

Additionally, Rafi Ud din Khan has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In September 2014, they successfully completed the "MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction" certification, as well as the "MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional" certification. Rafi also acquired the "MS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction Specialist" certification in the same month and year. The institutions providing these certifications were Microsoft.
