Judy Ringholz

Judy Ringholz is a seasoned professional in health law and healthcare compliance, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Conflixis since February 2025 and as the Founder and Principal of Sage Compliance Advisors since October 2022. With over 20 years of experience in various compliance and ethics roles, Judy has held significant positions including Chief Compliance Officer at Broward Health and Vice President of Compliance and Ethics at Jackson Health System. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sutter Health, SNR Denton, Huron Consulting Group, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. Judy's expertise encompasses quality of care, medical necessity, and conflicts of interest, complemented by a legal education from the University of Houston Law Center and nursing degrees from The University of Texas Medical Branch and St. Vincent’s Medical Center of Richmond.
