Louise Losos has extensive experience in the education industry. Louise is currently the Chief Academic Officer at Confluence Academies, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Assessment at Confluence Charter Schools from 2017 to 2023. From 2013 to 2023, Louise was the Director of Curriculum at Confluence Academy Schools. Before joining Confluence Academies, they worked as the Principal at Clayton High School from 2005 to 2012 and as an Assistant Principal at Parkway West High School from 2000 to 2005. Their career in education began at Ladue High School, where they worked as a Teacher from 1991 to 2000.

Louise continued their studies at Washington University in St. Louis from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History. Subsequently, from 1995 to 2000, Losos pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Administration at St. Louis University. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Webster University and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Lastly, in 2016, Losos obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University through an online HR certification program.
