Melba Goliday

Melba Goliday is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Director of the Instructional Technology Center at Eastern Illinois University since January 2020. In addition to this role, Melba has been an Instructional Technology Coach at Confluence Academies since February 2015 and previously worked as an Instructional Coach at St. Louis Public Schools from February 2011 to July 2022, focusing on providing instructional strategies for teachers and administrators. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Designer at St. Louis Community College from February 1998 to February 2011. Melba holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Central Missouri, a Master’s degree in Teaching Writing from SIUE, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Fisk University.
