Nicole Germain

Nicole Germain is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Website Manager at Confluence Health since March 2016. In this role, Nicole has launched two new external websites and manages the content management system for external web platforms, including WordPress and the Scorpion Marketing System 8, as well as an internal communication website on SharePoint. Additionally, Nicole oversees all corporate social media accounts and contributes to the digital marketing strategy. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Icicle Village Resort, where foundational skills in customer service and workplace dedication were developed, alongside earlier roles at Lakeland Village and KOA Campground. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Eastern Washington University.
