Rachel Drayer

Rachel Drayer is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Co-Owner of Vitality Wenatchee since April 2023, where the focus is on preventative health through advanced testing and personalized care. Drayer also works as a PA-C at Confluence Health and provides education as a Lecturer and Didactic Tutor at the University of Washington since February 2018, specializing in emergency medicine curriculum and clinical skills. A Senior Instructor with the Wilderness Medicine Institute of NOLS since November 2006, Drayer leads and precepts courses in Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder recertification. Previous roles include Emergency Medicine PA-C at Kaiser Permanente Washington from August 2017 to June 2023 and Wound Care Specialist at Intermountain Healthcare. Drayer holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Washington, as well as a Master's degree from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
