Phil Lodato

Phil Lodato serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Elevate Ventures since January 2014, while also holding various board positions, including Board Observer for FAST BioMedical and PactSafe, and Board Member for Confluence Pharmaceuticals LLC and App Press. Phil has contributed to several companies on behalf of Elevate Ventures and has previously worked as Counsel for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and as an attorney at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum. Phil earned a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a BA in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
