Dolores Silkworth

Dolores Silkworth is a highly experienced landscape architect with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Principal at Confluence since October 2017, Dolores previously held the position of President at Dolores D Silkworth, Landscape Architect, and led the Landscape Architecture Studio as a Senior Partner at RDG Planning & Design for 13 years, where significant initiatives included website renewal and the annual Board of Directors retreat planning. Earlier in the career, Dolores managed the Park Planning Unit for the City of Omaha, overseeing capital improvements and a team of professionals. Dolores earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with honors from Michigan State University.
