Mark Steiger

Mark Steiger serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Confluent Health since October 2024, previously holding multiple leadership roles at Optum from July 2021 to October 2024, including Chief Operating Officer for Optum Behavioral Care and Optum Everycare, as well as Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Center for Digital Health. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Operations at Ascension and Director of Innovation and Virtual Care at Seton Healthcare Family, among other operational roles within healthcare organizations. Mark Steiger holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, alongside a foundational education at Westlake High School.
