Mack Crowder

Mack Crowder, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mack currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Confluent Strategies since October 2018. In this role, Mack is responsible for managing all business systems, including CRM, business intelligence, data bases, PBX, and network hardware. Mack also conducts various analytics for the company, such as revenue, financial, and performance metrics, and creates and manages visual dashboards for effective management tracking.

Prior to their current role, Mack worked at Confluent Strategies as a Systems Manager-Analyst from March 2013 onwards. Here, they demonstrated their expertise in managing business systems and performing analytics.

Before joining Confluent Strategies, Mack was the Director of Business Continuity and Risk at the same company from January 2012 to January 2013.
