Colleen McCreary (Wheeler) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and investment. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Confluent, Colleen has previously held significant roles such as Chief People, Places & Publicity Officer and Consumer Financial Advocate at Credit Karma, and an Independent Board Member at Reinvent Capital.
