Dr Lizzie Wann

Dr. Lizzie Wann currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Technical Architect at Confluent since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Wann was with Elastic from December 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Professional Services Senior Manager and Advisory Services Lead, focusing on building an Advisory Services practice, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with sales executives. Dr. Wann also received the FY22 Outstanding Contribution Award while leading Professional Services in EMEA-N. Previous experience includes positions at Accenture as a Consultant, where Dr. Wann led DevOps and performance testing initiatives, and began a career in security risk and control analysis at a Tier 1 bank. Dr. Wann holds a Doctor of Philosophy from UCL and a MA MSci in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
