Erica Ruliffson Schultz

Erica Ruliffson Schultz is the President of Field Operations at Confluent since October 2019, leading efforts in real-time data infrastructure. Erica serves on the board of Amplitude and as a Founding LP and Fund Advisor for Operator Collective since January 2019. Additionally, Erica is a member of the Dartmouth College Board of Trustees until June 2024. Previously, Erica held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at New Relic, where leadership encompassed multiple go-to-market functions. Erica has also served in various leadership roles at Optimizely, LivePerson, and Oracle, where significant responsibilities included expanding sales organizations and driving revenue growth across North American and Latin American markets. Erica obtained a degree from Dartmouth College, graduating in 1995.
