Erik Hagen

Erik Hagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales systems and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Confluent since April 2020, Erik has progressed through various roles including Manager and Sales Operations Project Manager. Prior to this, Erik worked at Benchmark Electronics for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Manager of Strategy & Sales Operations and Senior Corporate Marketing Analyst. Erik began the career as a Market Research Specialist at UMD Natural Resources Research Institute and gained early experience as a Youth Camp Counselor at YMCA of Greater Saint Paul. Erik holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2010.
