Juliano de Lima

Juliano De Lima is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise Sales at Confluent since October 2021, Juliano is instrumental in promoting the enterprise-ready event streaming platform. Prior to this role, Juliano held significant positions at Elastic, where as Sales Director for Brazil, the focus was on transforming search technology for enterprises, and at Goodnet, as Co-Founder, Juliano facilitated digital inclusion through improved internet access. With a solid foundation from previous roles at Oracle, SAP, Dell, and other tech companies, Juliano has consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, demonstrating a strong capability in market development and customer relationship management. Juliano's educational background includes a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Strategic Management from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo.
