Megan Aleman

Megan Aleman, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Confluent, a position held since October 2019. Previously, Megan held various roles at Waters, including Senior Manager and International Benefits Manager, from November 2007 to October 2019. Prior experience includes work as an Account Executive at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co, risk management roles at Northstar at Tahoe, and consulting at Marsh as an Assistant Vice President. Earlier career stages involved analyzing international benefits at Aon Hewitt and Mercer, as well as managing US benefits at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes before its acquisition by Marsh & McLennan Companies. Megan earned a BA in Politics from Occidental College and completed secondary education at The Athenian School.
