Mrina Natarajan

Mrina Natarajan serves as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Confluent since April 2021, overseeing engineering operations and driving strategic initiatives. Previously, Mrina held the position of Senior Manager of Developer Experience at Grab, managing cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency for a large enterprise. Prior experience includes roles at Uber, where Mrina focused on building unified developer tools, and ElasticBox, where product marketing efforts were directed towards cloud platforms. Mrina's career also encompasses significant contributions as a Developer Evangelist at Salesforce, Cisco, and Microsoft, as well as leadership roles with TiE and NetIP Seattle, fostering professional communities. Mrina holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master's degree in Humanities and Technical Communication from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
