Nima Jaafari is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in electrical and software engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Confluent since January 2025, Nima previously held similar managerial roles at Smartsheet and Drizly. Prior to these positions, Nima worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Angi and a Software Engineer at OptTek Systems, Inc., where projects included developing cloud-hosted applications and enhancing internal processes.
