Marc Weimer-Hablitzel

Marc Weimer-Hablitzel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data strategy, artificial intelligence, and business development. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer in Data Thinking at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Marc has held the position of CEO at Hortiya since June 2020, focusing on developing AI solutions for plant care. Previously, Marc was the Data & AI Innovation Unit Lead at etventure, where guidance was provided to enterprise-level CEOs on machine learning strategies and the development of digital products. Additional roles include Lead Data Hub at Gründerallianz Ruhr, where Marc initiated a program to foster industry data startups, and various positions in startup environments, including founding Keetz.com. Marc's diverse background spans sectors including digital innovation, data strategy, and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation in several industries.
