Cathy Liu

Cathy Liu is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ELife since July 2023. As Chairman and Co-Founder of Confplus, Inc. since October 2011, Cathy also holds the title of CEO and has played a pivotal role in the company's development. Previously, Cathy was Vice President at Union Mobile Financial Technology International from July 2016 to July 2023, where contributions included providing cross-border payment solutions. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Director of Product Management at Mid Platform LLC, Software Developer at Epic, and QA Intern at Zilliant. Cathy holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School, an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and both a Master's and Bachelor's in Software Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
