Maria Carolina Gardini Lagoa Loyo

Maria Carolina Gardini Lagoa Loyo serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Congresso de TI since September 2019 and has also been the business strategist at EvoluTI Digital since January 2019. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Maria co-founded both Falando em Nuvem and Witec IT Solutions. Additionally, Maria acts as an ambassador for Confraria do Empreendedor and previously held the position of president of the Privacy and Data Protection Commission at OAB Santos. Maria has experience in legal tech as a regional leader at the International Lawyers Association Law Talks Brasil and has contributed as a presenter and columnist in various media outlets. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Law from Universidade Católica de Santos, multiple qualifications in communication and journalism, and an MBA in Marketing from MBA SEDA Executive Education.
