Technical Support Specialist at Confrere

She is a self-proclaimed language nerd who studied English and Library Science but ended up in IT and stayed because she loves working on different skills and with different people as well as learning something new every day. She has previously worked in several customer care and project management roles in IT and most recently in the Rotterdam Public Library. At Confrere, she works as a technical customer care specialist and especially as a liaison between support representatives and engineering. She enjoys connecting different people and ideas, and solving customer queries. Her education sort of gives away that she loves reading, and loves watching movies and plays.
