Martyn Hodge

Martyn Hodge has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Continuous Improvement Coach at Confused.com since 2016. Responsibilities include working within the cloud-based backend service tier systems and focusing on Agile and DevOps methodologies for project and next-generation development. Previously, Martyn held various positions at Admiral Group Plc from 2005 to 2016, including Programming Analyst, where contributions to the Vectus case management system were significant. Additionally, Martyn began a career at British Gas in various roles, enhancing skills in customer service and sales coaching. Educational qualifications include a degree in Software Engineering from The Open University and a Higher National Diploma in Computing from the University of South Wales.
