Delando Hawthorne, CIM, serves as the Senior Director of Global Accounts at Conga since July 2022, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and consulting. Previously, Delando held key positions at Salesforce, including Revenue Cloud Practice Director, where notable achievements included being the FY '22 Enterprise EBU Cloud Sales MVP and a FY '22 Team Canada Business Partner of the Year Nominee. Other roles include Client Executive & Country Manager at Apttus, Regional Sales Director at Workday, and several strategic positions in technology and business strategy at companies such as Akzo Nobel and Mitchell International. Delando holds a B. Comm in Finance and International Business from McGill University and has completed additional certifications in investment management and order-to-cash solutions.
