Jamie Scangos Dagger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer excellence across various technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Excellence Operations and previously Vice President of PS Operations and PMO at Conga since March 2017, Jamie has a strong background in managing sales operations and professional services. Prior roles include Director of Global Field Operations at Steelwedge Software, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing sales and services operations, as well as managing major account satisfaction and the implementation of S&OP applications.
