Kelly McDowell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic & Enterprise Customer Success at Conga since November 2018, Kelly has received multiple accolades including the CS Leader of the Year for FY24 and has successfully coached a team that led to the promotion of 6 out of 7 Customer Success Managers to the Strategic Team. Prior to Conga, Kelly held key roles at Axion Health Inc., where significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved, and at Catholic Health Initiatives, where Kelly managed the development of an enterprise CRM application to streamline operations and generate substantial savings. With educational credentials including an MBA from Regis University and a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, Kelly possesses a strong foundation in both business management and technology.
