Ryan Buck

Ryan Buck, PMP, currently serves as the Risk & Escalations Program Manager at Conga, where responsibilities include managing the global escalation incident resolution process and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication. Prior to Conga, Ryan held the position of Recruitment Operations Manager at PTS Advance, overseeing full lifecycle recruiting in the life science sector. At Universal Creative, Ryan managed the implementation of the Records & Information Compliance Program and previously coordinated project documentation. Ryan's career also includes significant sales experience with T-Mobile and Toyota, where achievements include consistently exceeding sales metrics and receiving the President’s Award. Early in Ryan's career, customer service expertise was developed while supervising at Publix Super Markets. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Central Florida.
