Paul Mattingly

Paul Mattingly has had a successful career in construction and project management. Paul started as a Vice President at BosseMattingly Constructors, Inc. in 2000 and held this position until 2015. In 2016, they formed their own company, Paul Mattingly Constructors, LLC, where they served as the Principal. Additionally, they partnered with Congleton-Hacker Company of Lexington to establish Paul Mattingly/Congleton-Hacker Constructors, LLC as a way to expand resources and growth in the Louisville market. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Vice President at CONGLETON-HACKER COMPANY in 2020.

Paul Mattingly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University from 1981 to 1985. Paul later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business from Bellarmine University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Mr. Mattingly obtained certifications such as the Unlimited Class from the State of Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors in August 2008. Paul also holds the Certified Professional Constructor designation from the American Institute of Constructors.
